1910 Gila County Sheriff's Office & Jail

The jail served the territory from 1910 until February 14th, 1912, when Arizona received its Statehood, and from 1912-1981, when the facility saw its last prisoner.
Now, our facility houses a museum-style visitor center, offering old west territorial facility tours daily by appointment, or to the public every Second Saturday of the month. For appointments and bookings please message us here, or call 928-425-0884.
