The Plein Air Competition is a component of the Annual Folk and Heritage Festival, happening this Saturday, March 1 at Sahuaro Ranch Park in Glendale. The competition is open to artists ages 18+ who paint using the Plein Air technique in oil, watercolor, acrylic, or pastel. Plein Air (open air) paintings must be executed outdoors and within the city limits of Glendale.
