Etc., Etc. reaching number one on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, his following two albums also reached number one. Yoakam is also a two-time Grammy award-winner and Academy of Country Music award-winner staking his claim in the country music scene. His music style draws from a wide variety of influences including neotraditional country, honky-tonk, bluegrass and rockabilly, a western style of rock n’ roll.
