Join Café Allegro for a unique four-course dinner and drink pairing that celebrates Irish music and culture with a special menu designed by MIM executive chef Paul Steele and pastry chef Vanessa Bejar. Dinner will be accompanied by live Celtic music and served in MIM’s Main Courtyard.

Appetizer
Molly Malone Cockles and Mussels
Served in a Harp beer and butter broth, shallots, garlic, and herbs, with house made chips

First Course
Irish Pub Salad (VEG)
Butter lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, egg, Claddagh Bo Cheese, cucumber, buttermilk chive dressing
Drink pairing: Irish Hard Cider

Second Course
Coddle, braised beef with stout gravy (Irish version of beef bourguignon) (GF)
Colcannon potato, butter braised leeks, green cabbage, fingerling potato, aromatics, caramelized carrots, thyme, crispy brussels sprouts, bacon
Drink pairing: Irish Red Wine

Third Course
Whistler Irish Whiskey Truffles (GF)
Guiness Peanut Butter Mousse (GF)
Drink pairing: Jameson Irish Coffee
