Dee Lucas is a national recording artist and saxophonist Dee Lucas has been noted as the most consistent and hardest working indie artist in the entire music industry while steadily growing his brand and fan base beginning with Remembrance in 2004. Thereafter, it has been a steady showcase of unique stylings with Something to Ride 2 (2007), Standing Room Only (2010), Rebirth of the Smooth (2012), The Smooth Factor (2014), Going Deeper (2016), The Sweet Spot (2017), Going Left (2018), the critically-acclaimed The Time Is Now (2020), the outstanding offering in No Boundaries (2023) and the current release of Twenty (2024). He is a 3-time Billboard smooth jazz artist with 10 #1 hits across various smooth jazz and R&B/Soul charts in the US, the UK, and Spain. Dee is the only artist in the world who has released 2 hit songs from 2 different music genres (smooth jazz and R&B) to go #1 in the same week. Over the years, Dee Lucas has co-billed or headlined on an extensive number of concerts and festivals across the U.S. and abroad. Marqueal Jordan is a Los Angeles native who spent his teen years in Kansas City, KS, Marqueal has been in Chicago’s music-rich city since 1995. By the early 2000s, he was highly in demand to perform with the top musicians and bands in the city. In 2008, being so impressed by his playing and singing, smooth jazz star Brian Culbertson offered Marqueal a spot in his touring band and over the next 10 years, Marqueal traveled the world with Brian, appeared in two DVDs, and was featured on four albums. The exposure gave him the confidence and desire to become a solo artist. Marqueal’s solo debut album, Catalyst, was released in October 2013. It helped to establish him as an emerging artist in Smooth & Contemporary Jazz. In 2019, he released his second project, Intention & Purpose. The album yielded two Top 20 hits on the Billboard Smooth Jazz Singles Chart, “If You Only Knew” and “The Edge”. Marqueal’s current album, All We Have Are Moments was released in early 2022. The album contains singles “Last Call” and “Sistas” which are well received by SiriusXM Watercolors and Smooth Jazz Radio. In addition to leading and touring with his band, Marqueal occasionally tours with legendary band The Isley Brothers.
Tony Exum Jr has carved out a unique niche in the music world as a sensational saxophonist blending Contemporary Jazz, R&B, and Funk. His rise to international acclaim began in 2019 with the release of his captivating single "My Name's Tony," which not only captured hearts but also secured a remarkable 12-week run on the Smooth Jazz Network's top 100 chart. With performances that have graced esteemed festivals and venues Tony’s artistry knows no bounds. Beyond performances, he is the voice for Jazz 93.5 FM five nights a week, and he regularly performs the National Anthem for the NFL LA Rams and the NBA Denver Nuggets. Tony's artistic journey is adorned with two critically acclaimed albums, "Finally" and "The One," alongside a collection of seven singles, including the chart-hitting gems "Brighter Days" and "Get At You." Adding to his accolades, Tony is featured on the 2024 released track “I Wanna Be Closer” (originally recorded by the 70s Motown group Switch) by R&B Legend Glenn Jones featuring Eric Nolan of the O'Jays which debuted at #1 on the Amazon R&B UK Charts, reached #1 for two weeks on the Urban Influencer R&B/Soul and garnered a 2024 Indie Soul Awards nomination. Tony has also shared the stage with a who's who of R&B/Soul and Contemporary Jazz talent.

THE VENUE: SHRINE AUDITORIUM
This show will be at the Phoenix Shrine Auditorium, located at 552 N 40th Street in Phoenix. This venue is located just off North 40th Street between the 202 Red Mountain Freeway and East Van Buren. Parking is free for this event, and once inside you will have easy access to cash bar(s) and the Shrine Cafe for hot food and snacks.
