The Phoenix Film Festival returns Thursday, March 27 – Sunday, April 6 at Harkins Scottsdale 101 Theatre celebrating its 25th anniversary. Originating in 2001 by local filmmakers, this 11-day celebration of over 250 films will once again welcome filmmakers from around the globe.
