The 63rd Annual Phoenix Greek Festival will be held October 11th, 12th & 13th. One of the oldest and largest cultural festivals in the state, this 63 year tradition is a Phoenix favorite.

Authentic Greek cuisine such as roasted lamb, lemon chicken and potatoes, Moussaka and Gyros are the highlights. Desserts such as Baklava are made from scratch by our own "Yia-Yia's" (Greek for Grandma). Other favorites are our Baklava Sundaes and Loukoumades (Greek donuts). Cool off with an imported Greek beer or wine or sample one of our Ouzo or Metaxa (Greek liquors) flights or enjoy a Frape (iced coffee).

Continuous live music sets the stage for exciting Greek dance performances by our award winning dance groups in authentic costumes.

Vendor booths offer everything from jewelry, clothing, art and so much more. A Greek market sells food items including olive oil, cheeses and spices from Greece.

For those looking for some history and culture, the Cathedral is open for self-guided tours that showcase the Greek Orthodox faith. The Cathedral boasts one of the largest stained glass window displays in the state. These beautiful byzantine architectural windows depict stories and saints from the Bible.

There is even a kid-zone to keep even the littlest festival goers happy.

Festival hours are Friday, Oct. 11th from 3-11pm; Saturday, Oct. 12th from 11am - 10pm; Sunday, Oct. 13th from 11am - 6pm. For all the details including parking information, visit: www.phoenixgreekfestival.org
