Shoes and Bells presents a unique cultural experience that intertwines Flamenco, an expressive artistry from Southern Spain and Kathak, a classical dance from India. Both styles have been influenced by the rich heritage of Persian and Mughal cultures. Experience this enchanting dance dialogue of improvisation & rhythm created by Yumi La Rosa and Radhika Kotwal, featuring Flamenco “Shoes” and Kathak “Bells”. Accompanied by Qais Essar on Rabab, Misael Barraza-Diaz on Guitar, Gaetano on Vocal, and Tanishq Iyer on Tabla.
