Over the weekend of January 24-26, 2025, the Shops at Norterra in North Phoenix will host a local version of Sedona’s popular Oak Creek Arts & Crafts Shows. Featuring demonstrations by artists, an interactive art installation, live entertainment, and more, the Shops at Norterra Art Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at 2460 W. Happy Valley Rd., Phoenix, Ariz. 85085. Admission is free.

A key highlight of the Shops at Norterra Art Festival is the diverse assortment of art and handcrafted items on display and available for purchase, including paintings, photography, pottery, jewelry, and Native American pieces. Artists at the event will be providing demonstrations of how they create their works, offering firsthand insight into the artistic process. Attendees will also have the opportunity to join in creating new works of art by painting on three large interactive murals, which will be raffled off at the end of the festival. In addition to the incredible art on display, the festival will feature a vibrant atmosphere with live entertainment, including a dynamic drum circle that invites audience participation and performances by various talented musicians.

The Shops at Norterra Art Festival is the latest event presented by Marlo Johnson Promotions, a Sedona, Ariz.-based group that seeks to provide inspiring venues for the finest local artisans, craftspeople, and vendors.
